Consultation and personal data
All patients coming to Marrelle clinic can have a free consultation with Dr Ivona Paravic.
You will be asked personal information such as telephone number, email, address and full name.
- All information is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
- Patient information will not be shared with third parties.
We will also take a photo of you before and after the treatment. You will be asked for permission to share your photo on social media. If no consent is obtained your photo will remain in your personal electronic folder encrypted with 2 passwords.
Booking
Booking is done through website www.marrelle.com and everyone will be charged 50GBP at booking which will be deducted from your total treatment cost
If the treatment does not take place the £50 consultation fee does not become refundable
Major credit cards and Debit Cards are accepted. All non UK based/foreign cards may incur a non-refundable fee charge. Please check with your bank for details.
We don’t accept American and Diners cards or cheque.
Treatments are usually not done on the same day as consultations. In some cases, they may be (for example if you’ve had treatments before, or in some specific situations)
Home visits are offered free of charge within 5 miles from our clinic address. Further distance will be charged 20GBP
Cancellation
If the treatment appointment is cancelled and not rescheduled the booking fee will not be refunded.
If needed we ask you to cancel your appointment minimum 24 hours prior to the treatment
If Dr Ivona Paravic cancels your appointment, a full refund will be provided.
Please note we cannot guarantee you will be able to re-arrange your appointment for the same week. Availability will be confirmed at the time of rescheduling your appointment.
Promotions
For your first appointment, you will be given a 5% discount as a welcoming gift.
If you come with a friend and you both have a treatment on the same day you will be given 15% discount and your friend will receive the regular 5% (if it is a first-time treatment with us)
Special offers will be advertised and the how to use these will be clearly explained. If a special offer applies, the regular 5% or 15% discounts will not apply.
During any special offer period, regular discounts will not apply.
Refusing Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where Dr Ivona deem it inappropriate for any reason and the clinician’s decision is final in this regard.
Please note that we do not provide treatments for anyone aged under 18 years.
Marrelle aesthetic does not issue refunds for Acts of God. An Act of God is defined as an event outside of human control such as sudden floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters, for which no one can be held responsible. This also includes weather-related issues such as snow, ice, floods etc.
If Marrelle Aesthetic chooses to cancel a clinic due to an Act of God then it is not liable for any loss resulting to the customer as a result of this cancelled clinic.
Marrelle aesthetic will make all reasonable effort to replace a cancelled clinic by arranging an alternative date.
Complaints
Marrelle Aesthetic takes pride in the quality of its service and as such will try to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.
Complaints about any aspect of Marrelle Aesthetic should be made in writing by emailing info@marrelle.com
Children
Our clinic has not been designed with children in mind, so we would prefer that you do not bring children to your appointment. However, if it cannot be avoided, please bring another responsible adult along with you to look after children.
Children are not allowed in clinic room at all, and cannot be left alone in any other areas of the clinic. Thank you for your understanding
Medical history
All patients are to complete a medical history form and sign the consent form as instructed prior and every time a treatment takes place. All patients will be given aftercare instructions post-treatment.
It is the patient’s responsibility to inform Dr Paravic of any changes to their medical history, however insignificant it may seem. Dr Paravic reserves the right to ask for re-completion of a patient’s medical history at any time.
Marrelle’s Skincare Range & Ivona’s Secret
Marrelle’s cosmetic skin care products and Ivona’s secret products are available for purchase via the website. Postage & Packaging cost will apply. Please note that we post only within the UK .
Please be aware that the products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
Please note that natural cosmetic is temperature sensitive and can melt it is too hot.
Marrelle aesthetics is not responsible for temperature condition during the transport.
Marrelle Aesthetics will always ensure you get your product within 2 days. In certain circumstances, we will contact you in case of prolonged delivery.
Please be aware all cosmetics are handmade personally for you and ingredients are supplied from organically certified suppliers in the UK.
You can request for your product to be customised (choose the fragrance, certain ingredient) but this will have to be adjusted in accordance with formulation rules and approved by Dr Ivona. Additional charges will apply for customised products (the price will depend on the chosen customised ingredient).
The payment is taken via the website.
